Washington State - Department of Health - Program for screening and support.

SCCA House – Provides affordable and convenient housing for out of town SCCA
patients and shuttle service to SCCA.

Cancer Lifeline - Offers classes and support in the Seattle area.

Gilda’s Club - Free support services in locations across Washington.

Harmony Hill – Hosts workshops and retreats for people living with cancer, located
in Union, WA.

Colon Cancer Coalition/Get your Rear in Gear – Provides patient resource
information and sponsors community events.

Chris4life Colon Cancer Foundation – Provides patient resource information and a
grant to patients reduce the financial burden cancer has.

Colorectal CareLine – Is a patient/provider hotline designed to provide assistance to
patients who have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer and are seeking education
and access to care.

Xeloda Co-Pay Coverage - If you qualify, this program can help you with the out-of-
pocket costs like co-payments, co-insurance, or deductibles for your medicine.

Colon Club – An educational resource and social message board website.

Colontown – A facebook community.
